Jamaica's Blue Mountains produces some of the best coffee in the world, and has one of the most unique and robust coffee growing eco-systems; full of rich biodiversity and the perfect climate for coffee growth.

But how does this unique ecosystem produce a flavour that coffee connoisseurs love so much? And how might this 'perfect eco-system' and its local communities be preserved?
